Can you provide other office services, such as faxing, photocopying, etc.?
We can provide just about anything you might need, including all the above. Let us know your needs and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

We are retired and travel quite a bit. How can your Virtual Office service be of use to us?
By establishing a permanent address for both business and personal use, you are free to travel, knowing that your mail is going to one central location and will be forwarded WHEN and WHERE you want it.

Do you offer filing cabinets to store documents with your day office usage plan?
Yes. We have a separate file room where you may securely store files you may need on a regular basis while using your day office or conference room for meetings.

Can you provide telephone forwarding as well as mail forwarding?
We do offer automated voice mail services. Our voice mail service provides very unique forwarding options for you to choose from.

How does Virtual Office mail forwarding work?
Mail is sent to the SBC Virtual Office service and is then placed unopened into another plain and unmarked envelope and mailed to you. Or you may choose to pick up your mail at the SBC Office Center. It's your choice!

How often will you forward my mail?
We will forward your mail to you daily, weekly or monthly according to your wishes. Next day, 2nd day or regular 1st class mail, you choose the priority. You may also check daily, via e-mail, for individual items.

What are the virtual office mail forwarding costs for business accounts?
Weekly mail forwarding is included in the service. All you pay is the postage costs! More frequent forwarding can be arranged for a small additional fee.

How will we know when to send more postage?
Postage charges for each month's activity will be billed to you at the end of the month.

Can you handle international mail?
Many of our customers are overseas. They are U.S. citizens working or stationed abroad, foreign investors who purchase U.S. property and many others. We are familiar with the best and quickest ways to get mail to most places in the world and with the customs forms required for different classes of mail.

Can we send you mailing pieces to be mailed from your address?
Certainly! This is what is commonly referred to as re-mailing. We prefer that you send them in the envelopes in which they are to be mailed, but we can provide envelopes as well, if necessary at an extra charge. All outgoing mail would be sent first class unless other arrangements are made.

Do you accept packages?
Yes. We accept packages from all national postal services and courier companies such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc... HOWEVER, please note that we prefer not to handle packages weighing over 4 pounds. If you would like to receive merchandise via our service, prior authorization will be required.

What about certified or registered mail that requires a signature?
Your authorization to us to receive your mail is for all classes of mail; including certified, registered or return receipt requested items.
